Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive profitable growth. The focus will primarily be on D2C eCommerce channels, with some involvement in B2B initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and lead the overall performance marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
· Create and manage Google Ads (Search and Display) campaigns to maximise SEM performance.
· Plan and execute paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive engagement and conversions.
· Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
· Optimise all advertising campaigns regularly to ensure a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
· Manage paid listings with third-party websites and media partners to boost reach and conversions.
· Oversee the development and execution of email marketing and automation strategies.
· Set up, manage, and optimise email campaigns, including newsletters, drip sequences, and loyalty programs.
· Leverage tools such as Google Analytics to track, analyse, and report on marketing performance.
· Analyse multi-channel performance (Search, Social, Email, Website, Blog) and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation.
· Conduct CRO audits and execute A/B testing, user testing, and feedback loops to improve campaign efficiency and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience
· Minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing, ideally within a D2C e-commerce environment.
· Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-led campaigns.
· Demonstrated ability to build and manage integrated marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, social media advertising, affiliate, and other digital channels.
· Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
· Google Ads Search and Display certification is a plus.
· Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
· Results-oriented mindset with the ability to track and report key performance metrics effectively.
· Highly goal-driven and proactive, with excellent execution and optimisation skills.
· Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an advantage.
