What will you be doing?
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the strategic development and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives across a group of companies and external clients.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of traditional and digital marketing expertise, with a proven ability to drive profitable ROI and customer acquisition across both B2B and B2C markets.
This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, with a dotted line to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, from whom they will also take strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing marketing team to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation across multiple brands and business entities.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
- Oversee traditional and digital marketing efforts, including performance marketing, content strategy, paid media, SEO, CRM, social media, and marketing automation.
- Make data-driven decisions and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and related activities.
- Build brand reputation and visibility through strategic brand planning and enhancement initiatives.
- Continuously improve web and social platforms to boost conversion rates and user engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and clients to align marketing strategies with commercial goals.
- Manage the marketing budget and report on performance and spend.
- Drive innovation and process efficiency across marketing initiatives.
- Support the development and growth of team members through mentorship, performance reviews, and training.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within financial services, tech, or fintech sectors.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies across B2B and B2C channels.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and experience with marketing automation tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing diverse marketing teams.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms and tools such as Figma, Trello, and Notion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
