Who you are?
You are a team-oriented, creative but also analytical individual. You feel comfortable being in a highly cross-functional position with projects ranging from strategy and design to operations. You can manage details while seeing the big picture. You are data-driven and can successfully navigate customer research tools while staying on top of the latest software and industry trends.
What will you be doing?
- Understand user behaviours and customer journeys through web analytics, CRO tools, and other data sources to understand the full journey.
- You’ll respond to reported issues and resolve them efficiently
- Effectively prioritize, delegate, and manage work to junior team members
- Enhance the existing website with design and functionality, including making recommendations to improve the design, look and feel and customer journey.
- Testing, analysing statistics and implementing necessary changes to achieve maximum conversions.
- Use the data and research to recommend new/improved site features and content.
- Manage end to end testing process (hypothesis, research, measurement, analysis, recommendations).
- Own and action website changes.
- Assisting in the planning and scheduling of ad hoc work and site maintenance.
- Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, conceptual ideas, and interactive prototypes to help deliver engaging experiences to our customers.
- Utilise different research methods and obtain diverse inputs e.g., product, market analysis, customer feedback, metrics, and usability findings, to identify and define new concepts and solutions to customer problems.
- Gathering insights about our users and translating them into actionable opportunities
- Identifying the right success metrics and tracking them over time
Required skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in marketing, statistics, and site optimization, with emphasis on UI/UX Conversion Optimization
- Analytical mindset with creative flair.
- Project management skills and relationship building.
- Experience with web analytics platforms like Optimizely, Optimize 360, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Heatmaps, Campaign Manager 360, HotJar, DataStudio and Figma
- Experience developing and managing CRO roadmaps and testing programmes.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, DOM, CSS, APIs, and Javascript
- Solid understanding of user experience methodologies and principles
