What will you be doing?

  • Carry out regular day to day responsibilities of a KYC & KYB Agent
  • Review, analyse and approve KYC & KYB analysis of high-risk clients
  • Evaluate and identify applicable risks and appropriate mitigants
  • Work on KYC & KYB related escalations from KYC & KYB, Payments, and the General support departments
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Promptly and thoroughly verifying customer documents
  • Communicating with customers through various channels including live chat, email, and calls
  • Performing all compliance duties in relation to the business requirements
  • Knowing our products inside and out
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Handle KYC & KYB queries and exception requests from the Business
  • Participate in KYC & KYB related meetings, calls, and committees

Who are you?

  • Previous experience in Client Due Diligence.
  • Previous experience in working with an online merchant will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of KYC & KYB is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Able to assimilate the requirements of the role quickly.
  • Client Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
